If you're seeing a flat spot, a tilt, or a preference for looking one way, that's your mama gut telling you to pay attention. You don't have to wait and hope it fixes itself.

You've probably heard "just do tummy time" or "they'll grow out of it." And you've tried. But something still feels off. That's exactly why we're here.
You're not overthinking it. These are real signs worth looking into.
"Their head is stuck to the right. They won't look left at all."
"I've noticed a flat spot on one side of their head."
"When we take pictures, one eye looks further forward than the other."
"They always tilt to one side. They seem so tight and stiff."
"The pediatrician mentioned a helmet. I want to try everything first."
"I don't know how this is going to impact their development."
When a baby experiences tension in the neck or upper spine (often from delivery positioning, time in the womb, or how they're carrying) it limits how freely they can move and turn. The head rests on the same spot over and over. That's when shape starts to change.
Pediatric chiropractic works by releasing that tension so the nervous system can relax, the muscles can let go, and your baby can finally move freely in all directions. When the body is balanced, the head has a chance to round out naturally.
Your baby's evaluation looks at how the spine and nervous system are functioning. Not just the shape of the head. We find what's driving the tension and limiting their range of motion.
Pediatric adjustments use no more pressure than you'd use to test the ripeness of a peach. It's incredibly gentle. Babies often relax and fall asleep on the table.
When the nervous system calms and the tension releases, babies start turning both directions, nursing more easily, settling more comfortably. Parents tell us the change is visible in just a few visits.
Our pediatric chiropractors are trained in cranial work. It's something most parents haven't heard of, but it makes a real difference for babies with head shape changes.
Here's the simple version: your baby's skull isn't one solid bone. It's made up of several plates with flexible lines between them called sutures. When those sutural lines get restricted, the fluid that surrounds the brain and spine (called cerebrospinal fluid, or CSF) doesn't flow as freely as it should. That restriction affects how the cranial plates can move and, over time, limits how they're able to normalize in shape.
Cranial work uses very gentle, precise contact along those suture lines to restore motion and encourage better fluid flow. When things are moving the way they're supposed to, the plates have more opportunity to find their natural position.
The biggest thing we want you to know:
You don't have to wait until six months for a helmet evaluation to have an option. We can start this work much earlier than that. And earlier is better. The cranial bones are most responsive in the first few months of life, when things are still very pliable.
This isn't a quick fix. It takes time and repetition, and we'll be honest with you about what to expect. But we see real results. We see them in babies who started before a helmet was ever on the table.
No intimidating equipment. Just a calm, thorough eval with a doctor who has been caring for babies and mamas for years.
We want to hear everything. Delivery, sleep patterns, feeding, how baby holds their head. Your observations matter here.
Our pediatric doctors gently assess range of motion, muscle tension, and how the nervous system is responding. That includes a nervous system scan using thermal technology. It's completely safe for newborns, pregnant mamas, and everyone in between.
You'll leave knowing exactly what we found, whether chiropractic can help, and what a care plan looks like for your baby.
"Babies are meant to be comfortable. Relaxed. At ease in their own bodies. When we remove what's in the way, that's exactly what we get to see."
